Cats For Life

Founded in 2012, Cats for Life is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to rescue cats from the streets, provide medical treatment for them, and help adopt them out to loving homes. They strive to improve the lives of stray cats in the Greater Houston area. In addition to providing medical care for the cats they rescue, Cats for Life helps educate people about humane treatment of animals. They also participate in the annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. They are currently a 501(c)(3) organization and are seeking more donations and volunteers to help increase their adoptions and reach more people.

Cats for Life provides medical care to cats through local veterinarians. They also educate people about the importance of spaying and neutering their cats. They also offer vaccinations and testing for feline leukemia and feline infectious enteritis. In addition to the medical care, Cats for life tries to educate people about the human-animal bond and helps people understand the consequences of abortion.

Cats for Life is a relatively new organization that was founded during the economic downturn. It has only been a 501(c)(3) organization for two years and has a small volunteer base. Cats for Life works with Life Choice Ministries and other organizations, such as K-State's Center for Advocacy. They have chalked sidewalks on campus and participate in the annual National Pro-Life Chalk Day. They are also involved with the K-State OrgSync page for students interested in joining Cats for Life.

Cats for Life has a small base of volunteers, but needs help to get more cats adopted. They also need volunteers for fund raising and for their website. If you are interested in helping Cats for Life, please contact the president of the organization, Abbie Lane. She is a sophomore in communication sciences and disorders and wants students to understand the consequences of abortion before they make life-altering decisions. She also wants students to understand the importance of being pro-life.

Cats for Life has a website that features a series of resources to educate people about pro-life issues. One resource explains the impact of abortion on an expecting woman's body. Another resource is a pro-life feminism workshop.

Cats for Life also holds open meetings. People can attend these meetings to get to know more about the organization and its mission. They also have educational workshops for cat owners. They host fundraisers, provide treatment for feral cats, and work with local veterinarians.

Cats for Life also works with other rescue groups to help them get adopted out. The president of Cats for Life also helps other rescue groups get adopted out. She is also involved in high-volume rescues. If you would like to join the organization, you can fill out a four-page application and pay a $100 adoption fee. You will then be asked to interview with the president.

Cats for Life believes that every cat has the right to a happy life free from suffering. They are a resource for students who want to learn about pro-life issues. They also have merchandise available, which is created by independent artists and printed in socially responsible ways.
