The Bridge House

The Bridge House is a modern, minimalist home that spans a stream. It is designed to meet net-zero energy requirements and incorporate advanced ecological properties. The house is constructed with precision, making it highly insulated and free from air leaks and infiltration. Its living room has a living wall of plants that purify the interior air.

Bridge House residents suffer from a wide variety of conditions, including neurocognitive disorders, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and substance abuse. They seek understanding and help to overcome the challenges that impede their ability to participate fully in society. Many struggle with low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. In addition, trauma is often a factor.

The Bridge House Estates Trust was established by royal charter on 24 May 1282. The City of London Corporation is the trustee. The trustee is the legal owner of the trust property, which may only be used for legitimate purposes. The estates board is comprised of members from the City of London Corporation and chaired by a Common Councilman who rotates every three years.

The Bridge House offers a safe environment and toys and games for children to play in. It also has an outdoor playground. Kids at the Bridge House also attend school and are surrounded by caring staff and partners. The Bridge House is a great place to reconnect with family members. The program is so effective that one Vietnam War veteran recently spent over a year at the facility before moving into a three-bedroom apartment with his family.
